Job Overview

Ndola International School is seeking a skilled Teacher with 3–5 years of experience to join its academic staff in Ndola. The teacher will plan and deliver lessons, assess student performance, and foster a stimulating learning environment.

This role emphasizes student engagement, academic excellence, and integration of innovative teaching methods and technology into classroom learning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver curriculum-aligned lesson plans and instructional materials.

Monitor and assess student performance through tests, projects, and class participation.

Provide academic support and guidance for individual student needs.

Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Incorporate educational technology and digital learning tools.

Participate in school activities, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.

Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and teaching strategies.

Support extracurricular programs including clubs, sports, and arts.

Prepare academic reports and provide constructive feedback.

Promote holistic development by encouraging critical thinking and creativity.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant subject area

3–5 years teaching experience in primary or secondary school

Knowledge of modern pedagogy, classroom management, and assessment techniques

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to integrate innovative teaching methods and digital learning tools

Salary & Benefits

Annual Salary: Approximately ZMW 90,000 – ZMW 135,000 per year
