Job Summary
The Deployment Coordinator will manage the full deployment lifecycle for humanitarian surge personnel supporting emergency responses worldwide. The role requires strong coordination, administration, travel management, reporting, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities
Deployment Management
- Coordinate end-to-end deployment processes from request initiation through deployment completion.

- Track deployment costs and budget allocations.
- Support recharge processes and monthly financial reporting.

Compliance and Safeguarding
- Ensure adherence to safeguarding, inclusion, and gender equality policies.
- Support organizational compliance standards and risk management practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of personnel and deployment information.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, International Relations, Public Administration, Logistics, Project Management, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in project management, humanitarian coordination, logistics, or HR administration will be advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, deployment coordination, HR operations, logistics, workforce planning, or project support.
- Experience working within NGOs, international organizations, humanitarian agencies, or development programs is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of travel coordination, reporting systems, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience handling multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
