Key Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, International Relations, Public Administration, Logistics, Project Management, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in project management, humanitarian coordination, logistics, or HR administration will be advantageous.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in administration, deployment coordination, HR operations, logistics, workforce planning, or project support.
• Experience working within NGOs, international organizations, humanitarian agencies, or development programs is highly desirable.
