Key Job Responsibilities (JD)
The Project Coordinator will oversee multiple solar energy projects while ensuring operational efficiency and technical compliance.
Project Management & Coordination
- Coordinate and lead project teams including solar engineers, technicians, contractors, and electricians
- Manage multiple solar installation projects simultaneously
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, timelines, and risk registers
- Monitor project execution and identify risks or implementation bottlenecks
- Generate project progress, financial, and risk reports for stakeholders
- Ensure all projects are completed according to approved timelines and budgets
- Support project feasibility assessments and investment appraisals
Solar Project Design & Technical Documentation
- Coordinate and oversee Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar projects
- Conduct or coordinate site assessments and solar feasibility studies
- Develop system designs based on technical site reports and customer requirements
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tender documents, and technical reports
- Create and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and technical layouts
- Support installation quality and compliance with engineering standards
