Job Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for MTN Zambia’s product portfolio. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that support product launches, promotions, and brand positioning.
  • Lead the creation of multi‑channel campaigns across TV, radio, digital, outdoor, and social media platforms.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

Salary
