Job Overview
Pearson Zambia is seeking a Digital Learning Solutions Developer to design, develop, and implement interactive e-learning modules for K-12 and higher education institutions. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop digital learning content.
- Utilize authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) to create interactive e-learning modules.
- Integrate multimedia elements (videos, animations) to enhance learner engagement.
- Conduct quality assurance testing for digital learning platforms.
- Provide technical support for digital learning solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles.
- Experience in multimedia content creation.

- Knowledge of Zambian education standards and curricula.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, or related field.
