Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed control system architectures, including PLC programming, HMI design, and SCADA integration.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to define system requirements and interface specifications.
• Lead on‑site installation, configuration, and commissioning of automation equipment at client facilities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the post‑implementation phase, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
• Stay current with emerging technologies such as Industry 4.0, IoT, and AI‑driven predictive maintenance.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., Siemens STEP 7, TIA Portal, Allen‑Bradley RSLogix).

• Experience with industrial networking protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings.

Education
