Key Job Responsibilities (JD)
The Apprenticeship Coordinator will manage all operational, administrative, and developmental aspects of the apprenticeship programme.
Programme Planning & Implementation
- Design and implement the apprenticeship programme framework and curriculum
- Collaborate with technical departments and external training institutions
- Define programme objectives, timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
- Develop structured learning pathways and workforce development plans
- Ensure apprenticeship programmes align with organisational workforce requirements
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, government bodies, industry partners, and internal stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for apprenticeship programme communication
- Prepare progress reports and facilitate stakeholder engagement
- Identify organisational skills gaps, process improvements, and workforce development opportunities

Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding

Education Requirements
Applicants should possess:
