Job Overview

The AI Solutions Architect will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions for Microsoft’s enterprise customers in Zambia and the broader Southern African region. This role involves translating business requirements into scalable AI architectures, leveraging Microsoft Azure AI services, and ensuring solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end AI solutions using Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Bot Framework.
• Develop proof‑of‑concepts, demos, and technical workshops to showcase solution value.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, privacy, and regulatory compliance standards applicable in Zambia.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Azure AI services.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate are highly desirable.

Experience

Minimum of five (5) years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing AI solutions for large‑scale enterprise customers. Prior experience in consulting or a technology services environment is advantageous.

Salary

The competitive salary range for this role is SSP 250,000 to 350,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and stock‑option incentives may also be offered.
