Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development and implementation of renewable energy projects in Zambia
- Ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting deadlines and budget requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and project partners
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any challenges or issues
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Renewable Energy or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in renewable energy project management
- Proven track record of successful project implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
