Key Responsibilities

  • Assess compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Identify gaps, recommend corrective actions, and monitor implementation effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and audit records.
  • Collaborate with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to drive root‑cause analysis and preventive measures.
  • Support external audits by regulatory bodies and third‑party certification agencies.
  • Analyze audit data to generate trends, dashboards, and actionable insights for senior management.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects such as Lean, Six Sigma, and waste reduction initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GFSI).
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Education

Experience

Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance, food safety auditing, or a similar role within the food and beverage manufacturing sector. Experience with multinational corporations and exposure to both internal and external audit processes will be considered an advantage.

Salary
