Key Responsibilities

  • Architect end‑to‑end blockchain solutions for payments, settlement, and identity services.
  • Lead proof‑of‑concept projects, evaluate consensus mechanisms, and recommend optimal platforms (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, Ethereum).
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to embed regulatory requirements and AML/KYC controls.
  • Develop technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for blockchain development across the organization.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership during sprint cycles.
  • Conduct performance testing, scalability assessments, and cost‑benefit analyses.
  • Engage with external partners, fintech startups, and industry consortia to stay abreast of market trends.
  • Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and executive briefings.

Required Skills

  • Deep expertise in blockchain platforms, smart contract development, and cryptographic principles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Go, Java, or Rust.
  • Strong understanding of distributed ledger technologies, consensus algorithms, and token economics.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Education
