Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable agriculture practices across our operations.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our sustainable agriculture practices.
- Collaborate with our team of agronomists, farmers, and other stakeholders to identify and implement best practices in sustainable agriculture.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our suppliers, farmers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
- Provide training and technical assistance to our farmers and other stakeholders on sustainable agriculture practices.
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Agriculture or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainable agriculture or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field.
Experience
5-7 years of experience in sustainable agriculture or a related field.
Salary
