Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Geospatial Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in geospatial science, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

The Geospatial Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets, developing and implementing data visualization tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Develop and implement data visualization tools to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
  • Develop and maintain geospatial data models and databases
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users

Required Skills

  • Strong background in geospatial science, including GIS, remote sensing, and spatial analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or ArcGIS

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Science or related field
