Job Overview

The Senior Public Policy Analyst will lead the research, analysis, and formulation of fiscal policies that support sustainable economic development. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive economic and fiscal policy analysis to support budget formulation and public expenditure reviews.
  • Develop policy briefs, white papers, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and parliamentary committees.
  • Coordinate stakeholder consultations with ministries, donor agencies, private sector representatives, and civil society organizations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented policies, providing evidence‑based adjustments and reporting.

Required Skills
