Job Overview

The Commercial Real Estate Analyst will play a pivotal role in delivering market intelligence, financial modeling, and strategic recommendations for commercial property transactions and portfolio management. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed market research on commercial property sectors, including office, retail, industrial, and logistics spaces in Mazabuka and surrounding regions.
• Develop financial models to assess valuation, cash flow, and return on investment for prospective acquisitions and disposals.
• Prepare comprehensive client‑facing reports, presentations, and dashboards that synthesize market data, risk analysis, and strategic recommendations.
