Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team in Kitwe, Zambia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives for our clients, including strategy development, project management, and solution implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, with experience in leading large-scale projects and teams. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead digital transformation initiatives for clients, including strategy development, project management, and solution implementation.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital transformation trends and technologies, and apply that knowledge to our clients’ projects.

Required Skills

Strong background in digital transformation, with experience in leading large-scale projects and teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong knowledge of digital transformation trends and technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience

5-8 years of experience in digital transformation, with a strong background in leading large-scale projects and teams.
