Job Overview:Our company is seeking an experienced Environmental Geologist to join our team in Ndola, Zambia. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting environmental impact assessments, developing environmental management plans, and providing technical support to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and develop environmental management plans
- Provide technical support to clients on environmental issues
- Develop and implement environmental monitoring programs
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement environmental policies and procedures
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Environmental Geology or a related field
- 8-12 years of experience in environmental consulting
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education:
- MSc in Environmental Geology
- PhD in Environmental Geology (desirable)
Experience:
- 8-12 years of experience in environmental consulting
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality environmental consulting services
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and policies
