Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to batch records, SOPs, and GMP guidelines.
• Monitor production schedules, coordinate material availability, and manage workflow to achieve target output.
• Lead root‑cause investigations for deviations, implement corrective actions, and drive preventive measures.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to conduct in‑process checks, sampling, and release procedures.
• Maintain equipment performance by overseeing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting with Engineering.
• Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Prepare and present production reports, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Mentor and develop production staff, fostering teamwork, skill enhancement, and career growth.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits by providing documentation and facilitating auditor interactions.

Experience
