Job Overview
The Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor will lead a dynamic team of operators, technicians, and quality specialists to ensure seamless production of pharmaceutical products that meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to batch records, SOPs, and GMP guidelines.
- Monitor production schedules, coordinate material availability, and manage workflow to achieve target output.
- Lead root‑cause investigations for deviations, implement corrective actions, and drive preventive measures.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to conduct in‑process checks, sampling, and release procedures.
- Maintain equipment performance by overseeing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting with Engineering.
- Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Prepare and present production reports, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Mentor and develop production staff, fostering teamwork, skill enhancement, and career growth.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects.
- Support regulatory inspections and audits by providing documentation and facilitating auditor interactions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and WHO pharmaceutical regulations.

Education

Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of hands‑on experience in pharmaceutical production environments, with at least two years in a supervisory or team‑lead capacity. Experience in large‑scale batch manufacturing, sterile processing, or tablet compression is highly valued.
Salary
