Job Overview

As a Smart Infrastructure Planner, you will lead the design and implementation of integrated urban development projects in Chingola, Zambia. This role combines technical expertise with strategic vision to create sustainable, future-ready infrastructure that aligns with global standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with municipal authorities, engineers, and urban planners to develop smart infrastructure blueprints.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for proposed projects.
  • Integrate smart technologies (e.g., IoT, AI) into urban planning to optimize resource efficiency and sustainability.
  • Manage cross-functional teams during project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in urban planning, civil engineering, or related fields.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Architecture.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure planning, preferably in African urban environments.

Salary

10,000 – 15,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
