Job Overview

This position is ideal for a forward-thinking professional passionate about integrating sustainable practices into retail operations. The Sustainable Retail Operations Manager will oversee store performance, implement eco-friendly initiatives, and ensure alignment with The Body Shop’s global sustainability goals. The role requires strategic leadership to balance profitability with ethical responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day retail operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
  • Develop and execute sustainability strategies, such as reducing plastic waste and promoting ethical sourcing.
  • Train staff on sustainable practices and customer engagement techniques.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with environmental and social standards.
  • Monitor and report on operational efficiency and sustainability KPIs.

Required Skills

  • Proven leadership in retail or operations management.
