Job Overview
The Supply Chain Digital Transformation Lead will spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions that modernize end‑to‑end supply chain processes. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, IT, and finance—to integrate advanced analytics, automation, and cloud‑based platforms. This role is pivotal in driving data‑driven decision‑making, enhancing visibility across the supply chain, and delivering measurable improvements in cost, service levels, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap for the supply chain function, covering procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution.
- Lead the selection, customization, and deployment of enterprise resource planning (ERP) modules, warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and data science teams to build predictive analytics models that forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and reduce lead times.
- Implement automation technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA) and Internet of Things (IoT) sensors to improve operational efficiency and traceability.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into supply chain performance across all nodes.
- Drive change management programs, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication plans, to ensure successful adoption of new tools.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry best practices, recommending innovative solutions that align with Coca‑Cola’s sustainability goals.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee implementation timelines to ensure projects are delivered on budget and schedule.
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and ROI of digital initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in supply chain processes and digital technologies, including ERP, WMS, TMS, and advanced analytics.
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven mindset.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders.
- Experience with change management methodologies and training program development.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices within supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and programming languages such as SQL or Python is an advantage.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP, PMP, Six Sigma) are highly desirable.
Experience
Minimum of five to seven years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least three years focused on digital transformation, technology implementation, or process automation. Experience within the FMCG sector or a multinational environment is preferred.
