Job Overview:As a Supply Chain Digital Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of our supply chain operations, leveraging technology to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. You will work closely with our IT team to implement new systems and processes, and collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the digital transformation of our supply chain operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing new technologies and processes
  • Collaborate with our IT team to design and implement new systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure effective implementation and adoption of new technologies and processes
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of our digital transformation initiatives
  • Provide training and support to our operations team on new technologies and processes

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management and digital transformation
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of logistics and supply chain software
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

Experience:8-12 years of experience in supply chain management and digital transformation
