Key Responsibilities
- Lead the digital transformation of our supply chain operations, leveraging technology to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy for our supply chain operations, aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of digital technologies into our supply chain operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize supply chain operations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in supply chain digital transformation, with a strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in supply chain operations.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
Experience
8-12 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
Salary
80,000 – 120,000 SSP per annum.
