Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Mapping Specialist to join our team in Kasama, Zambia. As a key member of our GIS team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date maps and spatial data for various clients and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom maps and spatial data for clients and projects
  • Conduct spatial analysis and data visualization using Esri’s ArcGIS platform
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their mapping needs and requirements
  • Develop and maintain spatial databases and data models

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Esri’s ArcGIS platform and spatial analysis tools
  • Strong understanding of geographic information systems and spatial data
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Systems or related field

Experience

5-7 years of experience in GIS mapping and spatial analysis

Salary
