Job Overview

The Agricultural Supply Chain Manager will lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations for Cargill’s grain and oilseed portfolio in the Southern Province, ensuring efficient procurement, storage, transportation, and distribution of agricultural commodities. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with corporate goals and local market dynamics.
• Manage relationships with farmer cooperatives, brokers, and transport providers to secure reliable sourcing and timely deliveries.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate forecasting, and minimal post‑harvest losses.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to maintain compliance with food safety regulations and Cargill’s internal standards.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Education
