Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on mining, construction, and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Caterpillar’s equipment capabilities and ROI benefits.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the service and parts departments to provide comprehensive after‑sales support and warranty management.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to inform strategic planning.
- Represent Caterpillar at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer workshops to enhance brand visibility.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers, contractors, and procurement officers.

Education
