Job Overview

The Regional Store Operations Manager will oversee the performance, profitability, and operational excellence of Shoprite stores within the Western Province, with a primary focus on the Mongu region. Reporting to the National Operations Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring compliance with company standards, and leading a team of store managers to deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves strategic planning, inventory management, visual merchandising, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales and profit plans to achieve targets.
• Monitor store performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of store managers and staff.
• Oversee inventory control, shrinkage reduction, and stock replenishment processes.
• Coordinate visual merchandising and promotional activities across stores.
