Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Metallurgical Engineer to join our Kitwe operations. This role is critical to optimizing our mineral processing circuits and ensuring maximum recovery rates from our ore bodies. The successful candidate will lead complex metallurgical investigations, manage process control parameters, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our smelting and refining facilities. Key Responsibilities

Education

Candidates must possess a minimum of seven years of hands-on experience in mineral processing within a large-scale mining environment. Proven experience in managing metallurgical testing programs and leading process optimization projects is essential for success in this role.
