We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Sustainability Analyst to join our team in Ndola. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable supply chain practices that minimize our environmental footprint.
Job Overview
The Supply Chain Sustainability Analyst will work closely with our procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to identify opportunities for sustainable supply chain practices. This will involve conducting research, analyzing data, and developing recommendations for improvement.
The role will also involve collaborating with external stakeholders, such as suppliers and NGOs, to promote sustainable practices and reduce our environmental impact.
Key performance indicators will include reducing greenhouse gas emissions, water usage, and waste generation, as well as improving supply chain transparency and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable supply chain practices that minimize environmental impact
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to promote sustainable practices and reduce environmental impact
- Develop and implement key performance indicators to measure progress
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices and environmental impact
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
Experience
5-7 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
