Job Overview:Our company is looking for a talented and motivated Sustainable Agriculture Project Manager to lead our agricultural projects in Choma, Zambia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing sustainable agriculture projects, ensuring that they meet our company’s high standards and contribute to the well-being of our farmers and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainable agriculture projects that meet our company’s standards and contribute to the well-being of our farmers and the environment.
  • Manage and supervise a team of agricultural experts and technicians to ensure that projects are implemented efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of project progress and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with local communities, farmers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet their needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure that our projects are successful and sustainable.

Required Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Agriculture or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sustainable agriculture project management.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and environmental conservation.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field.

Experience:5-7 years of experience in sustainable agriculture project management.

Salary:80,000 – 120,000 SSP per annum.
