Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable agriculture practices that promote environmental stewardship and social responsibility
- Work closely with farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products are produced in a responsible and sustainable manner
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with our sustainability standards
- Develop and implement training programs for farmers and other stakeholders on sustainable agriculture practices
- Collaborate with our research and development team to identify and implement new sustainable agriculture technologies and practices
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Agriculture or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in sustainable agriculture or related field
- Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field
