Reports to: Senior Manager, Sustainable Agriculture
Location: Chipata, Zambia
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 80,000 – 120,000 SSP per annum

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable agriculture practices across our operations in Zambia
- Collaborate with farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable agriculture practices
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving sustainability and reducing environmental impact
- Develop and implement training programs for farmers and other stakeholders on sustainable agriculture practices
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainable agriculture practices and make recommendations for improvement
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Agriculture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainable agriculture or related field
- Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field
