Position Overview
Airtel Zambia Plc is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Tower Technician to support the installation, inspection, maintenance, and optimization of telecommunications towers and network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot telecommunications tower equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of towers, antennas, and transmission systems.

- Install microwave links, RF equipment, and network hardware.
- Conduct tower climbing activities following safety regulations.

Education Requirements
