The Infrastructure Development Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale construction projects in Zambia, ensuring they meet quality, safety, budget, and timeline targets. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure projects valued up to USD 150 million.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates in alignment with client specifications.
- Manage contracts, procurement processes, and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with Mota‑Engil standards.
- Coordinate with local authorities, community leaders, and regulatory bodies to secure permits and maintain positive relations.
- Implement rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols, achieving zero‑incident targets.
- Monitor project progress using earned‑value management and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks, implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Drive value‑engineering initiatives to optimize resources and enhance sustainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and project staff, fostering professional growth.
Required Skills

Education
A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline is required. Experience
