Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure projects valued up to USD 150 million.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates in alignment with client specifications.
  • Manage contracts, procurement processes, and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with Mota‑Engil standards.
  • Coordinate with local authorities, community leaders, and regulatory bodies to secure permits and maintain positive relations.
  • Implement rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols, achieving zero‑incident targets.
  • Monitor project progress using earned‑value management and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, implementing corrective actions promptly.

Education
