Job Overview:The Environmental Conservation Specialist will work with our team to develop and implement conservation projects in Mongu, Zambia. This will involve conducting field research, collaborating with local stakeholders, and developing strategies to protect and restore natural habitats. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental science, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field research to identify and prioritize conservation projects
- Develop and implement conservation strategies in collaboration with local stakeholders
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement project plans and budgets
- Communicate project results and recommendations to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with local communities and stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Strong background in environmental science or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field
