Reports to: Conservation Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 50,000 – 80,000 SSP per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field assessments and monitoring to identify conservation opportunities and threats
  • Develop and implement conservation plans and projects to protect and restore natural habitats
  • Collaborate with local communities, governments, and other stakeholders to promote conservation and sustainable development
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of conservation projects and programs
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources for conservation projects and programs

Required Skills

  • Master’s degree in Environmental Science or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in environmental conservation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field
