Job Overview

The Artificial Intelligence Ethics Specialist will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of ethical frameworks for AI products and services deployed by Microsoft Zambia. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive AI ethics policies, guidelines, and assessment tools tailored to the Zambian context.
