Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital learning solutions for primary and secondary schools.
  • Collaborate with educators to adapt international educational technology tools for Zambian contexts.
  • Conduct workshops to train teachers on using interactive whiteboards and online assessment platforms.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology-driven teaching methods.
  • Partner with local governments to align programs with Zambia’s Education Strategic Plan 2021–2030.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in EdTech platforms like Google Classroom, Moodle, or Blackboard.
  • Strong understanding of Zambian education standards and pedagogical practices.
  • Fluency in both English and local languages (e.g., Bemba, Nyanja).
  • Project management experience in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Data analysis skills to measure program impact.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Computer Science.
  • Master’s degree in Educational Technology preferred.

Experience

  • Proven track record in deploying digital tools in low-resource settings.

Salary

1,500,000 – 2,500,000 ZMW annually, commensurate with experience.
