Job Overview

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of Standard Chartered’s CSR initiatives in Zambia. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs, you will collaborate with senior leadership, business units, and external stakeholders to embed sustainable practices across the bank’s operations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy that aligns with Standard Chartered’s global sustainability agenda and local community needs.
• Lead the planning, budgeting, and delivery of community investment projects, including education, health, and financial inclusion initiatives.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the impact of CSR programs using key performance indicators and ESG reporting standards.

Salary
