Job Overview
The Digital Content Strategy Lead will spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital content roadmap that aligns with Times of Zambia’s editorial vision and commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a multi‑platform digital content strategy that increases audience reach and engagement.
- Analyze audience metrics, SEO performance, and market trends to inform editorial calendars and content formats.
- Lead cross‑functional workshops to align content creation with business goals, advertising opportunities, and brand standards.
- Oversee the production workflow, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality articles, videos, podcasts, and interactive features.
- Collaborate with the sales team to integrate sponsored content and native advertising while maintaining editorial integrity.

Salary
