Job Overview

The Mining Safety and Compliance Manager will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of safety policies and compliance programs across Rio Tinto’s Kabwe operations. Key Responsibilities

Education

Experience

Applicants must have a minimum of eight years of progressive experience in mining safety, compliance, or related fields, with at least three years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Experience working within large‑scale copper or gold mining operations in Zambia or other African jurisdictions is preferred.

Salary
