Job Overview
The Network Optimization Engineer will be responsible for enhancing the performance, reliability, and capacity of Airtel’s radio access network (RAN) in the Mazabuka region. This role involves detailed analysis of network KPIs, RF planning, drive‑test data interpretation, and implementation of optimization strategies to ensure superior user experience. The engineer will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including radio planning, core network, and field operations, to deliver measurable improvements in coverage, throughput, and latency. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze network performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct RF planning and drive‑test campaigns to assess coverage gaps.

Required Skills

Education
A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required. Experience

Salary
