Job Overview
The Network Optimization Engineer will be responsible for enhancing the performance, reliability, and capacity of Airtel’s radio access network (RAN) in the Mazabuka region. This role involves detailed analysis of network KPIs, RF planning, drive‑test data interpretation, and implementation of optimization strategies to ensure superior user experience. Key Responsibilities
