Job Overview

The Senior Water Resources Engineer will lead the planning, design, and implementation of water supply and watershed management projects in the Petauke region. Key Responsibilities

• Perform hydraulic and hydrologic modeling using software such as HEC‑RAS, SWAT, and EPANET to support project design and risk assessment.
• Design and supervise the construction of water intake structures, storage facilities, conveyance systems, and treatment plants.
• Coordinate with environmental specialists to conduct impact assessments and ensure compliance with Zambian water regulations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery within allocated resources.
• Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and grant proposals for funding from development partners.

Education

Experience
