As a Supply Chain Digital Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of our supply chain operations, including the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Job Overview
Job Title: Supply Chain Digital Transformation Lead
Reports to: Supply Chain Director
Location: Livingstone, Zambia
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the digital transformation of our supply chain operations, including the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy for our supply chain operations, including the use of data analytics and artificial intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain digital transformation and make recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in supply chain digital transformation, including the implementation of new technologies and processes.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics and artificial intelligence, including the use of tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with supply chain management software, including ERP and WMS systems.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
Experience
8-12 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on digital transformation.
Salary
80,000 – 120,000 SSP per annum.
