The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees’ needs and actions. Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or professional certification such as SHRM or CIPD is highly preferred to succeed in this role.

Experience

Candidates must possess at least 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a significant portion spent in a business partner or strategic advisory capacity. Experience within professional services or consulting environments is a distinct advantage.

Salary
