Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist to join our growing technical team in Kasama. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the integrity of the HRIS database, ensuring all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Configure and implement new modules within the HR software to meet evolving business requirements.
- Generate complex reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior management regarding workforce trends.
- Troubleshoot system errors and coordinate with global technical support teams to resolve software issues.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure effective use of the HRIS platform.
- Ensure all HR data handling complies with local data protection laws and international security standards.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
- Deep understanding of HR workflows including recruitment, payroll, and performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Human Resources Management is required. Professional certifications in HRIS platforms (such as Oracle Cloud HCM) or Project Management (PMP) are highly desirable. Candidates with a strong background in data analytics will be given preference.
Experience
Applicants must possess at least five years of direct experience in HRIS administration or a similar technical role within a large-scale corporate environment. Proven experience in managing large-scale software migrations or system implementations is essential.
