Key Job Responsibilities

The Warehouse Sales Officer will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, processing warehouse transactions, and supporting operational efficiency.

Sales and Inventory Management

  • Process sales transactions to staff, contractors, and other company entities in the Pronto ERP system after obtaining required approvals
  • Raise and issue quotations for inventory items in Pronto
  • Review and analyze daily sales reports for operational accuracy
  • Prepare and distribute outstanding sales order reports to end users
  • Dispatch, process, cancel, and raise pickslips within the system
  • Raise gate passes for outbound materials after physical stock verification

Warehouse Operations

  • Carry out stocktaking and maintain proper bin organization

  • Update warehouse storage locations for newly stocked materials
  • Conduct bin maintenance and warehouse housekeeping activities
  • File pickslips, stock movement records, and put-away reports

  • Inspect received items for quality assurance, quantity verification, and specification compliance
  • Accept or reject materials based on quality standards and company procedures
