Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Research Manager to oversee our clinical trials and observational studies in Lusaka. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and close-out of clinical trials and research studies in accordance with protocol requirements.
  • Manage and mentor clinical research coordinators, nurses, and data management staff to ensure high-quality data collection and protocol adherence.
  • Coordinate with institutional review boards (IRBs) and regulatory authorities to secure and maintain necessary approvals.

Education

Experience

A minimum of five years of progressive experience in managing clinical trials or health research projects is required. Proven experience in leading research teams and interacting with regulatory bodies in Zambia or internationally is essential.
