Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support business objectives
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies
- Provide financial guidance and support to various business units
Required Skills
- Strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in financial planning and analysis software, such as Excel and financial modeling tools
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience
5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
Salary
SSP 120,000 – SSP 180,000 per annum
